Back at it and there's a part where he's been talking to a kindly old man, sees painting of him as the elderly owner of the store (like in a memorial vibe), turns around and he's disappeared. He has a totem from this toy ghost that comes in useful later...maybe next year I just write Home Alone 8.
I wrote this goof years ago but I'm watching Home Alone 2 and there's so much casual telepathy and astral communication in this it's absolutely wild
