Think Mercenary got kinda screwed skin wise in the alloy dlc. Every other survivor that rejects the collective's offer gets these cool skins reminiscent of the allow vultures and worship unit, but for some reason his is just a kinda generic looking samurai

I've got a few nitpicks with the new ror2 expansion but I think the new logbook entries just aren't fun to read at all. Every one of them is formatted like a data log which is really obnoxious and not very exciting.

Part of the 30% cut that Valve takes is the implicit agreement that they'll protect developers from the hassle of dealing with individual payment providers, and if they're not actually willing to go to bat for us, why are we paying them so much again
Saw someone cite the Collective Shout thing and payment processors in regards to the Horse situation and say "Valve can't fight them by itself", and I think we maybe shouldn't be defending multi-billion dollar companies for arbitrary takedowns of artistic works and acting like they're the little guy

Spoke with a source who told me the call volume is so high, a call center for both Mastercard & Visa is bringing out pizza and ice cream so agents don’t quite amid the rush. Long waits are causing dropped calls.

the hardest part about being trans is being forced to accept that your family probably kinda sucks, whereas if you're cis you can likely tolerate only seeing your lead-poisoned uncle a few times a year because "oh he's family". we don't really get the comfort nor convenience of cognitive dissonance.

Why does some grind or hard challenge feel joyful in game A, but a chore in game B? You enjoy *existing* in game A. The "thing to do" serves that joy.
