Throwback Christmas Eve to that time I found a blog by a woman who lives in a castle, owns multiple properties and complains about not buying more. She is apparently still living in a castle, visiting Europe constantly, and posting about it.
UPDATE: I found a blog post by this person where they complained about financial and pandemic anxieties (valid)
then in the next paragraph explained how said anxiety caused them to go out and look into BUYING A LOW-RISE near them to RENT OUT to people (NOT VALID AT ALL ARE YOU KIDDING ME????)

I'm sure its been done but I want to make a TTRPG where the intention is to have combat is so punishing and bad and bloated and slow and explicitly not fun on a meta-level for anyone that it's basically a failstate. because that's essentially how I view it in most TTRPGs.
These days when I rarely play, all my characters are a super basic character build because
1) in a world where everyone else is abnormal being normal is actually abnormal
2) dnd combat is bad and bloated. "do I shoot it or stab it" is a way easier calculation
3) who knows when a game will collapse
