I've never had a USPS package marked as "Delivered" and then 6 minutes later get marked as "Undeliverable, we'll try again tomorrow."
Anyways please use my tax dollars to fund USPS so this kind of thing doesn't happen again, thanks big government.

Look, it's easy to dunk on the University of Michigan (I went to Michigan State so I treat dunking on U of M as a hobby), but this is a... less-than-generous read of the statement. It's poorly articulated but it's pretty clear that they're saying "don't abuse it" rather than "you must use it."
