I know ICE is too hyped up on their own power to obey, but this is at least a hopeful step in the right direction.
Now we just have to hope the local PD is willing to arrest ICE when they inevitably break the law (again).

BREAKING: Federal judge severely limits what ICE can do in Minnesota effective immediately. In a nutshell: no tackling, spraying, dragging, shooting, bombing, beating or even interacting with anyone they don't have a warrant or reasonable suspicion for. Failure to adhere will be considered contempt.
