👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻They were cruising around my neighborhood this AM, “escorted“ by a cyclist and several honking cars. I did a donation drop-off at one of the centers this afternoon and believe me, no one there who needed food and diapers thinks there’s a ”draw down“ or positive change of any kind. 😡
Predicting that this week we’ll hear more conciliatory words from the Administration regarding Minnesota (since they’re starting to realize that ICE has become politically toxic) but everyone outside of Minnesota needs to know that nothing on the ground has changed.

Maternal side: 3 brothers came over via 1 set of paperwork, namely travel papers telling the oldest brother to report for military duty. Instead he traveled to a port, hopped on to a ship to the US, sent the papers home to brother #2 who did the same, rinse repeat for brother #3 (pre-WWI Germany)

They dismantled the Dept of Education, much of the CDC, NSF and nih in a year so it's totally doable to dismantle DHS. You can also expedite the process by treating those officials like the entire federal workforce has been treated. Make em miserable, and rip out wires at random. That'll do it.
