Standard US customs officers require 12-18 months of training. Hell even US police require approx 6-12 months of training before they are allowed to solo patrol and that is comedically low compared to other countries. ICE agents are idiots who sat in a chair for 3 months so they could feel big.

This is a complete misunderstanding of what I said, which is that I wouldn't be shocked if GTA6 *does* come out this fall, following the same delay pattern as RDR2.
