My partner spends Monday evenings on FaceTime calls catching up with girlfriends who live far away. It affords me the chance to sit on the sofa, eating German sausage, drinking freezing cold vodka, while watching #Warhammer40K lore videos on YouTube.

I will go further and say that people using the "r"-word are hoping that bringing it back opens the door to bringing back the "n"-word, and is strongly correlated with the people who want to carve off trans rights as a stepping stone to claw back gay rights in general
I assume anyone who says this word is probably okay with the n-word, too. Or, more charitably, doesn’t understand why they shouldn’t say it just that saying it would get them in a lot of trouble.

I have only one complaint about #StarfleetAcademy. Some minor bugbears that I’ll get over, but only one BIG THING…
The main title theme is DREADFUL. Score is now on Apple Music, and there’s 8 bars of recognisable theme about a minute and a half in. The rest is waffle.

I think when Star Trek: #StarfleetAcademy starts, I’m going to mute all references to it. I just want to experience it on its own terms, whether I enjoy it or not. I don’t need to know what any other single human being alive thinks about it.
