“The state sanctioned execution of civilians will continue until morale improves.”
Homan: "I begged for the last two months on TV for the rhetoric to stop. I said in March -- if the rhetoric doesn't stop, there is gonna be bloodshed. And there has been. I wish I wasn't right. I don't want to see anybody die."

"In theater" ???? WTF?
Q: Can you be specific about how many ICE and CBP agents are currently operating in the state?

HOMAN: 3,000. There's been some rotations. They've been in theater a long time. Day after day, can't eat in restaurants, people spin on you, blowing whistles at you. But my main focus now is draw down

Bovino: "When politicians, community leaders, & some journalists engage in that heated rhetoric we keep talking about, when they make the choice to vilify law enforcement calling law enforcement 'Gestapo' or using the term 'kidnapping,' that is a choice & there are actions & consequences."

But, no.

Ironic isn’t it? Had an ICE thug been hurt at the very same location 5 minutes earlier, Alex would have dropped everything to save his life.

But 5 minutes later….

They had him on the ground. Six agents pinned him down. They disarmed him. They removed his gun from its holster. And THEN they shot him. Ten times. To repeat. AFTER they pinned him to the ground, and AFTER they disarmed him, they shot him. Ten times.

They murdered him.

Even after Trump is gone, the world will remember that he threatened to forcibly seize the territory of a peaceful democratic ally, and our institutions failed to immediately remove him. That makes US dangerously unreliable, not just one senile gangster.
His not being impeached by the end of the business day as a result of this threat is as much a problem as the threat itself. It’s not just Trump that the world has to worry about, it’s a GOP that supports him and Democrats who suck their thumbs and refuse to even discuss pushing to remove him

The global order cannot survive a president who treats sovereign nations like real‑estate listings. Donald Trump’s worldview is a direct threat to alliances, stability, and the basic rules that keep the world from sliding into chaos.

McGowan: Why are you talking like that? It's insane. Your attitude is just horrifying…

Tillis knows full well that Trump is free wheeling on Greenland. All of it coming out of Trump’s tiny vengeful brain. But coward Tillis still frames it as “bad advice” and shields the dear leader from blame. So deeply embarrassing and beyond pathetic.
Tillis: "To be clear -- I'm not critical of the president. I'm critical of the bad advice he's getting on Greenland."

In fairness, the world saw it clearer and sooner than Americans. 1/2 the people here are still completely unaware of all the crazy stuff he's doing. Just don't care to be aware.
Well, the world can see now just how mad and dangerous Trump really is.

Every time someone says "well, it's not an absurd idea," they're normalizing an absurd idea. We have everything we want from Greenland, and Trump isn't thinking about strategy, he's thinking about vanity and conquest.
From Phila. Inquirer this morning….“Fetterman and McCormick both rejected the idea, proposed by President Donald Trump, that the U.S. may use military force to acquire Greenland. It's also undeniable, that this is not a brand-new conversation, so it's not an absurd idea."

Asked about anti-ICE protests, McCormick says ‘dehumanizing language’ is leading to violence
Pennsylvania's two U.S. Senators discussed anti-ICE protests, Greenland, data centers, and other topics in a wide-ranging interview on CBS Evening News.

There was 10x more coverage about the former-Democratic Secretary of State meeting the Democratic AG on a tarmac for 10 minutes to chat about grandchildren, and how that threatened the integrity of DOJ, than there has been about Trump using DOJ as his weapon against US.
