Look, Donald Trump may have had a lengthy, well documented friendship with America’s most famous pedophile, and he may have spent decades giving quotes like “if there’s one thing I love, its beautiful girls—young ones, too,” but I just need 4-5 more drops of damning evidence to buy these accusations

My takeaway from every new Epstein revelation is that some powerful people victimized many powerless young women, many more knew, some actively enabled it--and we're still being told that MeToo and accountability for sexual violence have gone too far

Blame *all* Democratic incumbents for this surrender. Not just the ones voting for it. The others could have voted to remove Schumer long ago and install a leader capable of formulating a strategy and holding his people together. They were content to stay with a proven loser.
I will not support a deal that does nothing to make health care more affordable.

We are in a health care emergency. A simple one-year extension of these tax credits would cost less than Donald Trump’s $40 billion bailout for Argentina.

A vote for this bill is a mistake.

Seems like a valid question. Why is ICE considered essential while ATCs are not?
Why are ICE agents being paid during the shutdown, but not air traffic controllers? 🤨

Just sharing one tweet. That's enough for me

Dems don't take the bait. Don't come to the table. They're coming apart. If he's this mad about it, that means what you're doing is working
the shutdown is killing his poll numbers and he knows it

Just left the Museum of the American Revolution. If you’re in Philly, their “The Declaration’s Journey” exhibit, is a MUST see, not a should see. I teared up several times. It’s really incredible.

I'm hard-pressed to think of a non-Jewish Democratic politician who has spoken to Jews with more respect and empathy than Mamdani. The fact that many Jewish establishment orgs are going after him while staying relatively mum on resurgent Nazism is a disaster, both for American Jews and in general.

I'm deeply cynical about her moderation tour and think it's 100% about getting re-elected and setting up a 2028 or 2032 presidential run, but the fact that she thinks this is what she needs to say to get re-elected is promising.
CNN: Johnson and Thune have downplayed the elections results. Are they wrong?

MARJORIE TAYLOR GREENE: I don't think they should downplay it. In Georgia we lost 2 very important Public Service Commission seats that were statewide races. I think that should be a big wakeup call.

If only Mike Johnson were in a position to do something about the legality of these tariffs...oh well.
Mike Johnson on the tariffs case before SCOTUS: "I'm cheering for the president that the executive will win on this. Now, I say that as a jealous guardian of the legislative branch of government, Article 1."

The media failed broadly, and continues to do so, but in particular Gen Z media and Latino media REALLY fucked up. Built an entirely fake fucking candidate to vote for.
Amazing how much 2025 was a hyper correction for the fact that in 2024 voters clearly didn't know what they were voting for because the media didn't report on Trump's actual policies/voters refused to believe what they were voting for.
Between 2020 and 2024, no New Jersey county moved further right than Passaic County (11pts). At 43% it's also the most the most-Latino county in the state, and is among the least-white overall.

Last night, it moved 18pts to the left, surpassed only by Hudson County (the second-most Latino county)

Philly has certainly had its share of turd mayors, but really New York, what the hell were you thinking?
ADAMS: Now “I don't have to deal with you guys, man. I can fly private now, I can go on a cruise, I can hang out in St. Bart.”

basically every 2024 truism is dead. Trump did not build a lasting multiracial coalition or turn young men into committed Republicans. You don’t need to cave on trans rights to win. The pundits have nothing left to tell you.
