#Bluejays announce that they’re putting up a statue celebrating their back-to-back World Series titles this summer.
It will celebrate Joe Carter’s walk-off homer in 1993 and will be unveiled in a ceremony on July 18.
The statue will be between Gates 5 and 6, which is where Ted Rogers’ statue is.

Yesterday, five-year-old Liam and his dad Adrian were released from Dilley detention center. I picked them up last night and escorted them back to Minnesota this morning.

I tend not to get upset about the deaths of celebrities I have never encountered, but Catherine O’Hara had such a profound effect on, well, everything.
Brilliant performer, hilarious, unpretentious, so proudly Canadian. She was so great in everything. Gone way too soon.
