Let me run the Bond franchise and I’ll blow him up at the end of every movie. Maybe several times within each movie if it feels right. He’ll be back the next movie (or scene) and nobody will talk about it, but man are we gonna explode that guy a LOT.

Am I the only one who never thought of the Bond films as one continuous story? Because I see every actor’s era as a completely new version of the character with basically no continuity besides some side characters.
this kind of feels like freaking out over a problem that 95% of the audience is not going to have an issue with

The struggle for writers to come up with why James Bond is alive is so funny to me. This is a role that has been played by seven different men ranging from 29 to 45 in their FIRST appearances in the role. The franchise has existed for 63 years with a character who usually starts young every decade.

Oscar Isaac is open to returning to Star Wars but “not so open to working with Disney”
“I mean, I’d be open to it, although right now I’m not so open to working with Disney. But if they can kinda figure it out and, you know, not succumb to fascism, that would be great”
