What’s with the Guardian - claiming 100s of thousands of people are being deprived of heat pump subsides. It’s a massive exaggeration first off, levels of heat pump installations nationally are running at 40k a year - that’s tens of thousands not hundreds.

I might just lie down in a dark room until the budget is announced. Normally sane people have gone mad. The people who know the press spin, lie and rely on unnamed "sources" have chosen to believe an article claiming a u turn on a policy never announced Madness. Just wait. Please. I love you all.

They didn’t brief anything! They answered questions from the journalists who then twisted the answers and context. My sources say rather dishonestly but free to make your own mind up

Right now we all have one common enemy. Our media and mis information for monetary gain.
They know most wont get passed their headline, which is misleading at best, or downright fabrication in most cases, printed using 'un-named sources'.
Downright despicable behaviour from supposed journalists.

We had the same shit last year where people, and the press, knew 'for certain ' what was in the budget. They were all wrong of course lol

The Guardian is little more than the local gossip in print form these days. It's 'news' stories are all conjecture, rumours, and blatant lies used to attack Starmer directly, or his senior ministers.

I've had enough. I have tried to present facts to Reform voters. I've tried to be reasonable. Sod it, if you support Reform I know, below any surface "concerns", that you are a racist - I'm now just gonna call you that.

Give it a rest ffs! Day after day, all you do, no matter what the story, is tell everyone how it's going to be a disaster for Starmer. What happened to political journalism? Ya know reporting actual news rather than just constantly bitching, often about things that haven't even happened yet.

So today the people who object to asylum seekers staying in hotels and council homes are objecting to asylum seekers staying in old army barracks. Why don't they just admit they are racist?
