An aurora came in quite strong this evening on Vancouver Island around 9pm with bright undulating green waves, then it faded to the horizon. I couldn't get my camera set up fast enough to capture the waves.

As you check your updated property assessment values in British Columbia, a yearly reminder that:

- If your property value decreased, you aren't necessarily getting a tax reduction
- If it increased by a bunch, your aren't necessarily getting a huge spike
- Every municipality is slightly different
