FYI for anyone searching in this trashed market: If the home seller “waives the inspection” it’s an escrow scam, and “move in ready” means look at this house that looks nice on the outside but has fuckin water damage and bugs and three prong outlets fitted to two prong outlets. My therapist told me that mental “cravings” for weed only last two minutes or so, have been setting timers for five minutes and frickin right off to forget about it and it’s actually working ! Everytime the alarm goes off it’s like a lame prize
