Feeling quite stressed & pressured at work lately. I feel awful but my friend/colleague emailed that she was struggling and all I had the energy to do was send a brief message that she was doing her best. I just don’t have the head space to cope with that as well. 😔

Here is the X5.1 flare in straight EUV light. We are looking at the 193 Å "gold" filter here. The flare is the bright flash, and immediately, you can see a giant blast wave racing through the Sun's corona, lifting tons of plasma into space as an Earth-directed CME.
