Moulton Hall near Richmond was rebuilt on the site of a previous building in the mid 17th century for the Smithson family. Perhaps it's most interesting owner though was Sir Ralph Millbanke who sold it when his daughter made a disastrous marriage to Lord Byron.

Three of the four individuals I have written blogs about in my #OnePlaceStudy at www.ancestralenquiries.co.uk/blog all lived in St. John's Square at the same time from around 1909 to 1913.
I wonder if they spoke to each other, knew each other & even attended social events together. /1
