Going to be hilarious when they trade a first for Trey Hendrickson and then give him $40m+ anyway lol

There are just so many fundamental things the Cowboys could do differently on defense that would prevent this.

Just 0 gap control both pre- and post-snap.
Nice pindown block by McMillan on this toss play. Stays attached and helps spring another big run

This doesn't even save time.

WHAT IS THE POINT?
Grounds for divorce imo

The trade request is meaningless, it just gets wheels in motion to get a contract done.

The interesting part is that Micah is confirm that is agents who do not want to do deals early because they know the market is going up. It destroys the narrative that the #Cowboys always want to wait on deals.
Micah Parsons requests a trade.

Imagine Dez Bryant as your number 2 receiver.

That's Pickens on the #Cowboys

Can I send a cease and desist to #NFL media who do not differentiate between AAV and cap hit?

Leads to some wildly false interpretations of what teams can do, especially for top-heavy teams like the #Cowboys and #Bengals.

Cam Ward mutters 'watch this' under his breath every time he throws the football
An important distinction with Cam Ward is that his volatility is pretty clearly born out of hubris, not a misunderstanding of what defenses are throwing at him.

It's rare that Ward makes a true mental mistake or gets fooled. 95% of his mistakes are just him biting off more than he can chew.

This is true and also one of the most frustrating runs because Dowdle walks in if he just follows 70 lol
Elandon Roberts was responsible for one of the coolest defensive plays of the 2024 season.

Goal line stand with 35 seconds remaining in the game. Steelers would have won the game if they recovered this fumble.

This is why Micah Parsons number was always going to be at least $40m, regardless of when he signed
- T.J. Watt''s $28M AAV in 2021: 15.3% of cap
- Nick Bosa's $34M in 2023: 15.1%
- Maxx Crosby's $35.5M in 2025: 12.7%
- Myles Garrett's $40M in 2025: 14.3%
One other thought about this is: When the cap climbs as quickly as it has ($208 million in 2022 to $274 million in 2024), any contract signed in 2022 will look antiquated quickly.

ESPN Bet is reportedly a huge disappointment for the company, which is good because it's high time that ESPN get out of the gambling racket and go back to their roots: opening a series of sports-related bar-and-grills throughout the country.

I never thought the day would exist where rooting for a team in a USA sweater would be impossible.

Fuck this team.

Games are hard to watch, need lots of services, etc. etc.

That wouldn't matter if half the teams weren't bad.

PIT, DEN, LAC, WAS, TB...these teams aren't good, interesting, or fun to watch.

I'm not sure if Trouba and Goodrow being effectively the same players on their new teams is more an indictment of #NYR or them.
