Got hit on the bicycle commute this morning. I'm okay.

I was signaling to avoid a hazard (broken glass in the parking / bike lane, how fucking rare is that...) and before I had moved my line, my hand was hit by a white van driver.

Fucking awesome.

There are days I wish I rode with a hammer.

Just got an SMS from my leasing real estate: Gentle reminder to complete your new lease agreement.

2 minutes later I get the 1st email with said lease agreement.

... limboing under a low bar is not admirable.

Cat Distribution System is working as intended.
Left the back door open for barely even two minutes and the local stray cat wandered in. Helped himself to the best and warmest spot on the couch. Has since refused to leave the house. So I guess he owns the house now? Is that how it works? At least he's cute.

Yeeessss. :-)
Startled to do the robot to the radio in the mornings while I wait for the kettle to boil. Gotta say I'm getting pretty good at it but my only audience has been my dogs. I'm off to a wedding this weekend so am looking forward to showing off my moves; I'm 64.

I now have shoes (Mizuno's, yay) and jeans.

I now have $300 less (less yay).
As a cycle-to-the-office bicycle commuter, the worst possible thing has happened.

No, *I* didn't forget my pants... Someone has fucking stolen my pants and shoes from the showers.

I am *livid*.

Quality fess.
Lee, 45 years ago, everyone in nursery turned against you because you 'stole' three boys' toy cars. It was me who took them out of their bags and put them in yours. You shouldn't have poured sand in my hair, stolen my Blue Riband from my lunchbox or called me Blunder Woman.

Why is this acceptable bicycle infrastructure?

It doesn't even unflood...

Imagine a road designed this way?
