The #Uber loss in the Supreme Court “highlights a grey area in the law”, says Brooke Van Velden.
It’s been through 3 courts. The judges were unanimous. There’s nothing grey about it. The law is black & white. WORKERS HAVE RIGHTS! That’s the real “problem” this anti-worker govt wants to “fix” #nzpol

The Govt's stated reason for restricting voter enrolment in the last two weeks of the election has been speeding up the final count.

But the Electoral Commission just told the Justice Select Committee that wouldn't happen - with or without the law change it would take 20 days.

So who owes who an apology? Easy:
TPK and Minister Tama Potaka owe it to Te Pou Matakana and Pasifika Futures. You launched a review on media smoke, not evidence. Now that the findings are public, front up, say sorry, restore your mana in the eyes of Māori.

If you’re not from NZ, saw viral videos of that haka at London’s Nazi rally yesterday, and were very confused by what you saw, check this out so I don’t have to explain a million times over the next few days how Brian Tamaki and his cult aren’t representative of all Māori. Kei te tino ngenge ahau.
Weaponising the haka: Destiny Church’s protest is cultural theft, not free speech
When Māori culture is being used to push a hateful agenda, we need to call it what it is.
