Dems have to shut the government down until ICE and CBP are totally defunded.

This is the basement of what we need right now. An easy lift, supported by the vast majority of Americans.

Shut it down. Defund, abolish, and take DHS with it.

It seems as though ICE has been instructed to escalate the violence to justify more violence, and to create propaganda to make us forget we outnumber them 10,000 to 1.

The U.S. government killed a total of 56 Venezuelans and haven’t uttered a peep about that. That news is feeling even worse on the anniversary of J6, a day when they are also ignoring the harm Trump caused that damned day.

In the UK and US, platforms reward speed, emotion and identity signalling. Even well-educated people get pulled into distorted information spaces, so the core problem isn’t ignorance, it’s the incentive environment that shapes how information spreads and sticks.

To note just one of the many problems with this idea, there are multiple that countries do not permit you to relinquish citizenship — and some of those countries also have jus sanguinis laws that make someone a citizen even if they were born in the U.S. and never left.
Sen. Bernie Moreno, R-Ohio, just introduced a bill to ban Americans from holding dual citizenship. The bill says that to “preserve the integrity of national citizenship, allegiance to the United States must be undivided.” It’s called the Exclusive Citizenship Act.
