Yeah, ICE agents are not “poorly trained.” They are ideologically committed to white nationalist authoritarianism. That’s why they are violent and dismissive of civil liberties. Training can’t fix that.

At some point you'd think all those Fraternal Orders of Police would say "this is demeaning to the vital work we do, part of which is respecting people's rights" but that's not going to happen because they agree with him, to them the job is being a thin-skinned bully and shooting people.

I just heard a law professor claim in a recording that in early modern England, there wasn’t any significant migration to the British Isles, which is just plainly wrong.
