I took R to school 0730, came back, worked, walked arlo at 1200 for an hour, worked till 1630, went & got R, cooked dinner for 4, then took R to scouts. In 30 min I'm taking bf home & then getting R

A colleague is looking to rehome her 1 year old cockerpoo. He suffers from separation anxiety but it's being managed, unfortunately he has bitten her daughter and due to the bite, no charity will take him. Otherwise he has a good temperament, toys can be removed from mouth

This is I think an underrated truth: being intelligent is I think primarily a matter of habit. Do you actually listen and try and take on board what you've heard or read before responding? Do you go 'okay, is that true?' about your own thoughts and prejudices? These are learnt, not innate.
and ultimately I think if you’re constantly saying stupid stuff then it just makes you stupid.
