Many of the LA Sheriffs didn't have their gas masks on yet so the Sheriffs got gassed by LAPD

It's true! Don't get me wrong, I love a lotta stuff I grew up with in the '90s, but the writing, acting, production, storytelling, an' diversity a' entertainment is so much better, on average, these days. Those two words "on average" are carryin' a lotta weight.

I like to say I respect despair as an emotion but not an analysis. As an analysis it assumes we know what can and can't happen, and the future is both uncertain and at least to some extent what we make of it. Plus why would I give them what they want, as premature surrender? Thanks Senator Schatz.
Be furious be angry but despondency is what they want from us. And be very suspicious of people on the left who say “we are cooked” or whatever. Imagine the civil rights movement, or suffrage, or any movement for change, hitting a roadblock and just “saying well we are well and truly fucked now.”

I struggle to understand the experience of my autistic friends and neighbors sometimes, but I’ve come to one firm conclusion:
A lot of their problems would be solved if neurotypicals would be kinder.
Maybe we need research into why NTs are so fixated on making others conform.
Could be vaccines

The ignorance and hysteria regarding autism is incredible. There is simply no evidence at all that autism is caused by environmental factors--though environmental factors common to autistic life (e.g., bullying, rejection, loneliness) can cause us trauma and stress.
