all the articles you read about this will say it "would charge doctors" but there is nothing in the bill limiting the felony crime to medical providers. you could write "would charge parents" and be just as correct. news outlets downplay it because news outlets are transphobic.

got a mister in 2020 and it's just gotten more and more useful by the day. the dual video out between analog and HDMI is a godsend, the menus are shockingly elegant, the controller support is godlike. it's so nice
For those miffed at Analogue, I'll just say, if you're willing to put in a little prep and don't need to play on original carts, for less than the cost of a 3D, you can own a 100% Mister-compatible clone FPGA board that emulates plenty of systems, including the N64. It's what I have and I love it. 💪

thinking back to this as i'm playing metal garden, a very sick looking lo-fi unreal fps
epic should fund me to get a team together to make sick lo-fi indie games on unreal that look and run good on old hardware, and document that, just because of how ubiquitous the wrongheaded idea is that it doesn't do that

There were ~4,070 games on PS1 released over a decade. There's 18,000+ being released EVERY YEAR on PC now.
