It is insane how inevitable this felt - that the industry has forced itself into a corner ensuring that every FPS team has to work on a competitive service shooter that has a 99% chance of crashing on launch.

imo people are less likely to switch to irc than to simply stop using discord and not replace it with anything. it doesn't do what anybody wants man

someone is angry that i am tentatively pro linux, but anti "shame everyone for not moving from discord to irc". the difference is that linux, if you're lucky, works, and irc, if you're lucky, still doesn't work because it isn't what anyone wants from a chat thing anymore
