I didn't write it (linked below) with the expectation of changing the status quo and indeed, I still see outlets engaging in what I feel is hypocrisy. But after struggling to draft it, it was cathartic to finally articulate these feelings and heartening to be heard by so many. Again, thank you. 🙏

Oh, wow! Looks like Supper (the same hacker/translator that worked on Tengai Makyou Ziria, Galaxy Fraulein Yuna, and many other PC Engine translations) just released an English patch for Emerald Dragon. Pretty exciting news!
