I am often to be found caring for the unknown dead, who emerge, shattered, from their ancient and forgotten graves. Collecting them, burying them, praying them back to their rest. It makes me think, sometimes, of the transphobic refrain that in a thousand years our bones will somehow betray us.

Really good to hear Stella Creasy on @newsagents.bsky.social saying students should be removed from immigration figures. Of course they should! And they make up a huge chunk of the figures - around half. They’re part of the success story of global Britain - coming here to get a great education.

YouTube just served me a ten minute ad featuring nothing but AI images and centred around a male power fantasy where you go from being a beta cuck to a feared alpha. Bear in mind I use YouTube to watch how to videos, Tom Cardy, and nursery rhymes for Tilly. I think we may be cooked, lads.
