THREAD: Judge Ellis is the first federal judge to review extensive body cam video of DHS's actions in Chicago. She finds that DHS *repeatedly* misled the public and made claims that were disproven by agents' own videos.

I'll go through some of the most egregious ones here.

So much for excessive redactions. I shall celebrate this turn of events tonight.
Virginia Giuffre's ghostwriter just dropped a bombshell in which she’s saying she's sitting on every single name from the Epstein files, plus private recordings to back it all up.

And France apparently has copies of everything. Vive la France!! 🇫🇷

For those like me who are a bit slow, after going to Settings>General you need to click "All Settings". Then you can scroll down as Monica says.
If you use GMail, AI (Gemini) was turned on yesterday by default and now scans all of your content for machine learning. To turn off, go to Settings>General and scroll down. Uncheck the box for "Smart features."

There's other "Smart" add-ons as well, but that's the one that reads your content.

Even if he gets a pardon, every single case going forward for which he's material is tainted with his conviction.
Ellis repeatedly accuses multiple CBP and ICE officials of lying (under oath) and says their "widespread misrepresentations call into question everything" they "say they are doing in their characterization of what is happening." She broadly discredits their testimony as objectively false.
U.S. District Judge Sara Ellis just handed down the written opinion version of her preliminary injunction order, regarding use of force by federal agents in Chicago.

It's the one already put on hold by the 7th Circuit.

It's 233 pages.

So when Vance becomes VP, who from Trump's team does he keep? Miller? Hegseth? Bondi?

I'm thinking it's time to start looking at the internal wedges.

I'd like to add union workers to that list just to show ANYBODY can be considered as not really Americans for this.

"The Court thereby ENJOINS the State of Texas from using the 2025 congressional map and ORDERS the State to use the 2021 Map, as it did in the 2022 and 2024 elections."
BREAKING & BIG: Federal judge BLOCKS Texas from implementing new, gerrymandered maps for 2026 midterms. Judge Jeffrey Brown (TRUMP APPOINTEE) wrote opinion, joined by Judge David Guaderrama (Obama appointee). Judge Jerry Smith (Reagan appointee) dissents.

Just yesterday I was saying I expected we'd see the surname Sulzberger in the documents. Not saying it's definitely why the NYT minimized this whole thing, but that name is in a list from Epstein.
What do we make of this email, sent from Epstein to himself a week before he was arrested with the subject line “List for Bannon Steve” with just a list of names.

Sharing the data source more widely.
My work at The Vigilance Project showed that, in the most favorable case, Republican men were 16x likelier to rape a child than a Democratic man.

Here's the data.

The shutdown was because the GOP handed the Dems a shit sandwich and the Dems refused to eat it immediately.

The Dems made everyone know the shit was the GOP's, and smeared the GOP with as much shit as possible.

The senators then chose how much and what part, but eating it was inevitable.

Just now: The plaintiffs who were arguing that Utah GOP's congressional map is illegal won in court.

The judge orders one of the two maps submitted by the plaintiffs ('map 1') be used.

The ruling, if it stands, guarantees that Democrats will pick up a congressional seat in Utah next year.

This is racing through my feeds. I'm cautious because it sources an anonymous speaker and there's no official statement. It's also rather juicy and extreme. That said it's entirely within character.

If true I recommend ignoring it once to record the response.
