Hey lots of new followers. I guess the Sonic starter pack made the rounds again. Welcome to The Good Posting Site.

I'm Kiel. I write books and comics for readers of all ages, including tons of Sonic The Hedgehog stuff and other characters. But what I'm most proud of is the OGN STRIKERS. Look it up!
Been watching Wednesday as a family, & season 2 is much more of an Addams Family show. @seantcollins.com nails it that the problem is this premise is a misfire for the franchise. But at least Addams stuff is like spooky pizza. I’ll eat it all even if I regret it later. decider.com/2025/08/07/w...

Should probably make it official for folks asking: Chasing Shadows won't be happening. As I understand it, while we were waiting for final approvals, some folks on the SEGA team left the company, and it was decided that the book just didn't fit the schedule and workflow of the line.
Ouch 🤕
Is Chasing Shadows releasing in December ??
Sorry for bothering you like that.

I have little to add about the absurdity of this hack, but from a publishing perspective, it seems the plan is to let political columnists sell the Reading Public (90% normie/No Kings libs) on empathizing w a woman who fell for the ghoul trying to kill their grandparents and/or children?

My 10-year-old to their cousin is n FaceTime: “Dude, I am so high right now.”

I run in to see what’s going on, and reader, they were flying through the clouds in some Wicked-themed Roblox game.

Brazilian beat night at The Black Betty in Williamsburg.
I'm not going to read the NYT story but I do want to hear what other people would put in their "Lost New York" takes, mine would include Dr Zizmor ads and the free transfer between the Broadway G/Lorimer JMZ stops

Not only should your children be allowed to read absolutely anything they want, but it’s actually very good for them to read ideas you disagree with, and it will be good for you too if you have open, nonjudgmental discussions with them about what they take in intellectually.
"my least woke opinion is---"

That's enough. We've had enough people indulging in the "thrill of a little conservatism", as a treat. Of considering reactionary thought to be a salacious and taboo in a world descending into reactionary mania.

Give me your MOST woke opinions. We're bringing it back.

Every office has an executive tier whose emails are like:

saw on news , , can we replce complianc dept with web 3

and a worker tier whose emails are like:

Dear Jim,
First of all, I *love* this idea! Unfortunately, I spoke with Legal and identified a few issues with this approach. For starters…
Well, it's a little clearer now why billionaires are so invested in technology that produces better written emails.

Maybe it’s just the Humanities professor in me, but let it be noted that events of today (ahem) have demonstrated the value of being able to assess a large volume of qualitative data and do careful textual analysis with deep attention to context.

This is beside the good point being made by Julie, but man is it depressing to see this fucking moron being featured on CBS Sunday Morning, formerly the home of great fine arts coverage on network TV. Bari Weiss has truly decimated a pillar of American media in record time.

Found the tweet that Joyce Carol Oates bodied Elon Musk with and it's so beautiful in its eloquent, simple take down. So much so he's crashing out trying to prove he reads books now. Put this in the Louvre.

Get ready, nerds! This time he’s going to blow up every mansion in New York, and Hawkeye will die no less than seven times.

I personally cannot wait.
I’m back! Avengers 800! My first Marvel comic in many years & I reunite w/ my Ultimate Spidey partner Mark Bagley! "Thanks to everyone at Marvel for having me back for such an auspicious occasion. This is the 1st of some truly special Marvel projects that I will be part of in the near future.”

There are brief moments when I feel bad about the fact that I’m not only expecting the economy to collapse but actively rooting for it.

Not really bad, but still.

Had a dream where an old buddy & I went stargazing in a graveyard. We were tiptoeing over headstones & talking about old times when I turned & ran smack into the tomb of a Disney Adult. A giant plastic Stitch grinned down at me in the moonlight.

Came to laughing so hard that it also woke the baby.

Have watched this twice with my kid (we’re A Don Bluth Household), and they loved it but found it very confusing in parts because there’s actually very little history education in elementary school.

Excited to revisit after some basic middle school US history and watch them connect the dots.
It’s hard to believe but there was a cartoon about an immigrant mouse and it was seen as totally fine and not controversial and not woke because it was an aspirational and nice thing about America that people could come here and find a better life
