Parts of the Constitution were erased from the Library of Congress website, including the section featuring the foreign emoluments clause.

The removal was blamed on a "coding error."

Here's a reminder of what the clause says, just in case Congress ever decides to enforce it...

I'm tired of this framing that suggests that RFK's claims to want to make America healthier were made in good faith, and shock and surprise, he's doing the opposite!
HHS Secretary RFK Jr. has pledged in office to make Americans healthier, with a specific focus on reducing health burdens among children.

But his department this month quietly eliminated an advisory committee on genetic disorders in newborns and kids.

Maxar has cut off satellite imagery access to Ukraine, undoubtedly due to pressure from the U.S. government.

This means that not just classified, but commercially available unclassified intelligence products are being cut off.
