Can't wait for all the challenges to court to prove impairment. Stupid laws made by stupid greedy people that cannot stand the thought of someone just enjoying thier life.
These devices DO NOT DETECT IMPAIRMENT.
The Minister had to change the law to allow them to be used because the law originally specified detecting impairment.
If you believe anything this head-up-its-own-arse Government says about substance use issues YOU'RE the problem.

Thats why Labor is trying to get the Coalition to help them water them down…to save Enviro Ministers the embarrassment of always saying yes #climate

It wasn’t the laws that were too weak to stop those projects, it was the ministers
The Prime Minister is betting that by 2028 people will forget the North West Shelf and EPBC backflips, but it would be a brave backbencher willing to make that same bet.

Some democracy when all the politicians have one object desire. To be as corrupt and get as rich and powerful as you can by any means nessacary. Isn't that right Anthony Albanese?
Yet, for a time in 1975, Australian democracy appeared a fragile thing. It proved robust in the end – thanks in large part to the creativity of ordinary Australians who agitated for their country’s democratic culture, system and institutions.
In a world with democracy in decline, we have much to learn from those who rallied against Whitlam’s dismissal | Frank Bongiorno and James Watson
In 1975, few Australians believed the dismissal of a democratically elected government was business as usual
