NYC mayor election: with the 9 day early voting period over, the demographic that cast the most votes were between 25-35 years old! This reverses the previous trend from days 1 - 5 only, and in theory, heavily favors Mamdani.

There's been endless talk about an AI bubble, but less about exactly how, why, and how much it's a bubble. So I turned to the framework put forward by scholars Brent Goldfarb and David A. Kirsch, authors of "Bubbles and Crashes," for assessing tech bubbles.

Spoiler: On a scale of 1 to 8, AI is an 8
AI Is the Bubble to Burst Them All
I talked to the scholars who literally wrote the book on tech bubbles—and applied their test.

Trump suggested just yesterday that he could relocate World Cup matches from cities deemed "unsafe" (i.e. Democrat-run), but a contract solicitation posted today by DHS shows the agency is still looking for hotel rooms in the 11 original host cities:

-Story on left, adding race as a factor when that favors white people.

-Story on right, banning race as a factor when that favors non-whites.

I often complain about NYT headlines and story-play. But these are strong. Including "If Court Guts 1965 Law."
