New data finds Americans are more likely to support labor unions over Big Business than at any time in the past 60 years.

We are witnessing a historic rebirth of worker power.

If you want a better life for you and your children, join or support a union.

Yes the monarchy is problematic in their own way but it gives me so much joy to see the apolitical monarchy using subtlety and propriety to politely tell the US government to fuck off lol. The monarch hasn’t opened Canadian parliament since 1977 so why do it now? Oh yah, message received 🤣🤣🤣

NEW: In a SCATHING decision, Judge Briones of the Western District of Texas absolutely SAVAGED the government over this case, tearing to shreds ICE’s hearsay “evidence” that this husband and wife were in Tren de Aragua as “completely and wholly unsubstantiated” — and ordered their immediate release!

Not the point but worth mentioning since it’s a big area of waste & inefficiency: the federal government is the biggest healthcare payer in the US (and the most cost effective) but doesn’t even insure most of its own employees. The US government (and taxpayers) intentionally *lose* money to do this.

Andry did the right thing:
- Never committed a crime.
- Fled his home when persecuted for being LGBTQ & refusing to give in to an authoritarian regime.
- Sought asylum through a legal pathway.
- Found us to represent him in court.

So, why did the Trump admin forcibly remove him?

He had tattoos.
In Venezuela, Andry José Hernández Romero, who is gay and skeptical of the country’s authoritarian regime, was a target for abuse. He sought asylum in America—then was deported under the Alien Enemies Act.

Animation is a caricature of life, not a lesser imitation of it. Remaking cartoons in live-action, or giving the characters realistic proportions, hairs, warts, etc., robs them of the stylized exaggeration that made them appealing in the first place.
