Friends with stores, please check out the info below - I just found out that Whimsy Station has been scraped by Amazon also (without my knowledge or consent). Not something I wanted to deal with today.
Update: I emailed the opt-out address listed on their website and got a reply. But, I never. Should. Have. Had. To. Opt. Out. I’m so tired of these tech companies & their entitlement. DoorDash putting small restaurants on their apps w/o permission, AI scraping our sites, & now this? It’s exhausting

The roommates' tradition for New Years' is apparently charcuterie and a cheese ball, which I mostly can't eat; I didn't grow up celebrating it, for the most part, because my parents were chronically ill and didn't stay up. So trying out hummus and sparkling cider as a new tradition.

One nice thing about being A Shortie is that those cheap little throws completely cover my feet when I'm stretched out. I am stubby but warm.

Yes, lemon pigs did gain popularity right when lots of things went to shit. But correlation is not causation! Consider that the lemon pigs appeared as guardians in our time of need. We actually need to make EVEN MORE lemon pigs if we’re gonna turn things around

A big part of the reason I'm as open about my bipolar disorder online as I am, and a big help in my coming to terms with it, was her being open & advocating about hers; & that was just *one* of the things she spoke up about. Her memory is a blessing to so many people who never even met her.

One of my close friends is, like, a very Manly Man, multiple blackbelts, owns some guns*, gets really excited about smoking his turkey every Thanksgiving (he even smoked his mashed potatoes, god bless him), and he has two tiny, spoiled shih tzus he smooches and baby talks to.
