It's the same with the 'we need OUR journalists in Gaza' line. Sure, absolutely, international media should have access - the world needs to know what's happening... but there are thousands of Palestinian media ops who are in there.

@footballcliches.bsky.social Virgin Media commentator for Sligo Rovers v Drogheda United just remarked that “Two thirds of The Showgrounds’ pitch now bathed in shadow”, is a shadow something you can bathe in? Can’t imagine there’s many examples where you could use that in a football context
