The first question every reporter needs to lead with interviewing Steve Bannon is: Why aren't you prison?

Stop being credulous with this gin blossom pocked urchin. He thinks he's the reincarnation of Gabriele D'Annunzio. He uses you like useful idiots, because he makes himself accessible to you.

The acting director of ICE told Congress, under oath, that local law enforcement in Colorado leaked raid plans, allowing gang members to escape.

After 9NEWS questioned ICE's claim and its timeline, ICE deleted the claim from its social media platforms.

What's the purpose of saying that there's no position so extreme that someone could lose your vote? Especially this far out? You're effectively giving possible candidates the all clear to move as far right as they'd like. This seems foolish.

SCOTUS effectively OK’ed third-country removals as the Trump admin is using them on the shadow docket, staying lower court orders reining them in. Further, the specific questions raised here — about refoulement — have come up before, like in this case: www.lawdork.com/p/ghana-refo...

The speech is fundamentally a retreat from defending liberal democratic values and territorial integrity, wrapped in civilizational rhetoric about Mozart and migration. It's realism without principle - exactly what authoritarian powers want from the West. It reeks of selfish ambition from a shill.
The Rubio speech really is appalling, and if you haven’t read it yet, you should.

Anyone currently involved in federal immigration enforcement, every officer, every bureaucrat, every lawyer, every judge, is a member of the most evil group of people this country has seen since Reconstruction. Darkness personified, every one. Doing this to children is beyond depraved.
On Thanksgiving, the immigrant children held at the Dilley detention center gathered in the gym for what they thought was a holiday feast.

The kids salivated over a spread of turkey, sandwiches, pastries and pies, a family told me.

But the food wasn’t for detainees — it was for the staff.
