Hey ladies: are you watching the #NBA, trying to have a good time, but the guy next to you at the bar won't stop asking you to explain the difference between the pro and college game as some sort of test of knowledge to prove you're a #RealFan?

I am so proud of this generation of women’s figure skaters. Keep putting ppl like Alysa, Kaori, and Amber on TV talking about the power of having fun, being yourself, and respecting your “competitors.” The world could sure use role models like that.

So incredibly admirable that Alysa came back to this sport on her own terms, doing things how she wanted to, and achieved so much success doing so. She’s an amazing role model for future skaters. #MilanoCortina2026

holy shit, alysa liu!!!! the message it would send to the sport if the 2026 olympic gold medalist in women’s singles is a weirdo who took over control of her own career so she could prioritize joy, artistry, and her own mental & physical health. #MilanoCortina2026

You should do not step completely away from skating for two seasons and then come back and do this. It's absurd! Her consistency is bonkers, her joy is infectious, and we're so lucky she came back.
When she won worlds last year I spoke on @sarahspain.com’s show about how that was the best sports story of the year. This? This makes it one of the best of the century so far. Fuck yeah, Alysa.

5 women, one women's team, and one mixed team have won Olympic gold medals for Team USA at these Olympics. Meanwhile, just one individual male athlete and no men's teams have won gold medals for Team USA

Makes you wonder: when will America start investing in men's sports
