A drone attack by a paramilitary group has hit a vehicle carrying displaced families in central Sudan, killing at least 24 people, including eight children, a doctors’ group said on Saturday.
The attack by the Rapid Support Forces took place close to the city of Er Rahad in North Kordofan province, according to the Sudan Doctors Network, which tracks the country’s war. Restrict to ~20 mile land border jurisdiction, everyone hired after 2024 who you can’t lay charges on goes on the remote southern border in the summer and the remote northern border in the winter to encourage addition by subtraction, remove from DHS and put under DoI would I think be the start.
i think its pretty doable to sketch out a world of what unfucked immigration and customs administration looks like, but i do not not know how handle demobilizing the BP side of CBP (and there is also the issue of nuking the RGV economically) at scale or at speed
