My love for Mel Brooks knows no bounds. I saw BLAZING SADDLES when I was around 9 and Harvey Korman's brilliant performance in that inspired me to be an actor. (Which I grew out of about 14 years ago)

I do love Ghibli's output sooo much but I have to say for me it's SPIRITED AWAY. I was transfixed when I saw it at the El Capitan in Hollywood oh so many years ago and it's stayed with me ever since. A masterpiece.
