Huh, am currently in an unexpected place where I don't actually have a game I'm keen on playing. I'm still slowly playing Diablo IV with the wife whenever we have time, but for the most part, I'm actually okay to just wind down with a book rather than watch or play anything.

I had set Horizon: Forbidden West as the next game to play after completing R&C: Rift Apart, but two hours into the game, I decided that a massive open world with too much to do is probably not the game I wanna play right now. It just felt very overwhelming. Gorgeous game though.

Finished Rachet & Clank: Rift Apart! Who knew that fun platforming and weapons combined with good pacing and some truly spectacular set-pieces make for an excellent time? With the level of tech and animation these days, you do feel like you're playing a Pixar movie. Game is still exceedingly pretty.
