I saw someone talk about Gumbo on the interwebs today and decided that would be the meal I make tonight and have leftovers.
Having never made it before, I think it turned out well.
But I should have read more about the Roux before starting to cook. 60 minutes of stirring just to brown the Roux.

I get the idea they wanted to add a right handed power bat to the lineup.
But this signing feels like desperation given there already are two 1B/DH’s on the roster.
Not to mention Ozuna’s off field issues.
I just hope Ozuna doesn’t get frustrated by the depth of the LF fence at PNC.

Bad Bunny is not my kind of music. That being said, it was a perfectly cromulent halftime show. And I cannot blame the NFL for trying to expand their fan base into the Caribbean and Latin America.
