Q1: Since we're talking about plot, we figured it would be fun to see how you plot! Based on this nifty chart, what is your plotting/writing style alignment? #WeeknightWriters

Hey, as a librarian I have to tell you

You don't have to finish a book that doesn't interest you. Life's too short for that. Not your jam? You have my permission to move on to the next book.

This is so frustratingly accurate.
Lengths of Fiction

Flash: Under 1,000 words.
Short Stories: Longer than that, but still short.
Novelette: *Frantically checking a magazine's guidelines*
Novella: Too long ~and~ too short.
Novels: Just one more moleskine. This will be the one.

Belovéd Writers: We are putting the kibosh on the monthly submissions window, which did not at all result in a more manageable workflow. Instead, we will open a weeklong window later this fall. For now, we are now focusing on finalizing our June and July submissions. Thanks for your patience!
I feel ya, same here!
