I went to a wedding on Halloween and the brides are sending me photos their photographer took with me in them.

In mid-August, I started a workout routine that I’ve actually stuck to.
It changed my mindset from intensity to consistency, and it’s really helped. I go M-F and rest weekends.
I haven’t missed a workout since August 11th.
I’ve never been this (voluntarily) consistent in my life.

(He was making a quick visit to to some friends between innings.)
