It’s silly but sometimes I swear I forget that stuff I did a long time ago when I was a different person *still counts*. I don’t have to constantly be coming up with the next big album or whatever to prove I exist. My accomplishments don’t belong to someone else just because time passed.

One of the most unexpected things about ADHD meds is how I can identify things as unimportant. I don’t have to worry about dripping detergent on my fingers and try (always unsuccessfully) to stop it. I don’t have to risk spilling groceries in the hope of making one less trip from car to door.
