I knew a very thin goth girl who wrote in her senior statement, “No, I’m not anorexic, and I don’t worship the devil.” She’s a Republican now.
In the early 90s we had youngish neighbors who refused to go along with our super evangelical neighbors insisting they attend their church, and so the churchy neighbors spread rumors they were satanic. We finally got to know them & they were just PhD students at UCD. That era was so ridiculous.

-Do they say why they were wrong to support him in the first place?
-Do they say who was right all along and encourage people to follow them instead?

I don’t want anyone to receive threats, but for many years Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene has enjoyed this sort of energy from President Trump when it’s been directed at her political enemies and now objects to it when she’s on the receiving end.
