A lot of people have observed that the Democrats’ deep unpopularity comes from the fact that absolutely everyone wants to complain about them and nobody wants to defend them.

This is true, but a lot of THAT dynamic comes from the fact that Dems are regularly punching their supporters in the face!

I seem to recall that it was the biggest 1st Amendment attack in American history when the Biden admin alerted social media companies to some content and said "hey does this violate your policies?" Will Matt Taibbi, Michael Shellenberger and (lol) CBS News Editor in Chief Bari Weiss call this out?

No elected official Democratic party will be as cruel about Kirk's death as Mike Lee was about the death of Melissa Hortman.

Btw, perhaps the stupidest bipartisan policy is tariffs on Chinese solar panels. Like, even if you think it's a national security move, like tariffing steel... in the case of solar power the energy is made *over here*. And the things last for decades. It's madness.

One way you know Rufo is being dishonest & cynical is that he never turns this line of criticism on the many GOP politicians who, despite growing up as nepobabies in wealthy families, cosplay as cowboys & Rural Man. Rufo's main targets are progressive people of color bc he's a racist reactionary.

The best part of the Mamdani win is that a bunch of octogenarian Democratic officials might finally be realizing that it's long past time they pass the torch.

I will be damned if I allow a bunch of Confederate-waving January 6th apologists give the American people a lecture on flag waving.

There is ZERO reason to enter an argument about patriotism with people who still worship traitors to America 150+ years later.

A lot of clever sensible ideas are implicitly appended with "... and then no one gets mad and everyone shuts up about it."
Democratic politicians and liberal pundits bemoaning the LA protests need to understand that as *their* failure. None of this would be happening if they had offered effective resistance to mass deportation (extraordinary rendition, in truth) instead of considering undocumented people expendable.

Spare me the fake outrage.

None of these people showing up for court are criminals of any kind.

As a prosecutor, I worked with many ICE officers who arrested violent criminals. None of them wore masks.

Many of your agents are clearly ashamed to carry out your orders.

The problem with most machine-based random number generators is that they’re not TRULY random, so if you need genuine randomness it is sometimes necessary to link your code to an external random process like a physical noise source or the current rate of US tariffs on a given country.
