Yeah. Why not let all domestic security forces enter our homes w/o a warrant? Oh yeah, its unconstitutional and we fought a war over these kinds of abuses which the founders were concerned enough about to actually prohibit in our nation's founding document. Maybe the HS should read it sometime.

More than anything else, it's the fact that the SEC and DoJ were never ready to go to the mat against blatant violations of securities law (and DoJ was willing to look the other way on much, much worse stuff re his clearances).
