I haven't written much on the sequel in the last few days because I have been trying to get through Alchemised plus watching Stranger Things with my husband and I'm back to work, but an irl bestie got my next batch of pages for her to alpha read and I will be reinvigorated with her feedback!

Probably getting my bachelor's degree in English. In addition to creative writing classes, I published a poem or two in our school's literary journal, a guest opinion piece in the school newspaper, and took on micro-copywriting gigs for Staples product descriptions.

Probably getting my bachelor's degree in English. In addition to creative writing classes, I published a poem or two in our school's literary journal, a guest opinion piece in the school newspaper, and took on micro-copywriting gigs for Staples product descriptions.
Work's done for the long weekend, got some fun scene ideas worked in, and the Friends of the Library said we can look into doing a thriftbooks buyback program with all the used books that didn't sell during 2 book sales! Going to work out then have a margarita to close out 2025.

I wrote my first novel and half the sequel this year with no plans - just got bored with free time once grad school was done. I’m so much more satisfied and proud of it than I thought it would be. I can’t wait to share my story more broadly soon!

I am less stressed on word count, about 42k words sent to alpha readers now! I also reviewed the plot points for the second half and got some new ideas and it's falling in to place. Now I just need to sit down and draft some of these new ideas! #amwriting
