Okay ready for a quick lunch thing? I just tried it for the first time & it’s a banger, so I will definitely do again with some tweaks: soba noodles. Cold! They’re buckwheat so they’re whole grain & also have 10 g of complete proteins per lil’ bundle. So boil one for six minutes and let’s go!!!
